DESPITE online registrations closing, cyclists can still sign up for this weekend’s Rotary Dorset Bike Ride.
The popular charity cycling event is due to take place on Sunday October 10 starting and finishing at Longthorns Campsite, next to Monkey World in Wareham.
Whilst online entries are now closed, participants can still register on the day to ride in one of the five routes from 22 miles to 108 miles.

Organised by Westbourne Rotary Club, The Rotary Dorset Bike Ride, which returns this weekend after a year’s hiatus, usually sees more than 500 riders take part and raise much needed fund for Cancer Research UK.
A spokesman from The Rotary Dorset Bike Ride said: “Cancer Research UK needs your support more than ever to reach people who are just being diagnosed with cancer or are undergoing treatment whilst they live with cancer.
“Do you know someone who needs help and support through their own cancer journey?”
Registration for the event opens at 7.30am on October 10.
