Bournemouth Beaches
Rating: 4.5/5
Beaches aren't made just for summer - children will have fun down on Bournemouth's golden sands even wearing a woolly hat and scarf.
Bournemouth boasts no fewer than five Blue Flag beaches, these are Alum Chine, Durley Chine, Fisherman's Walk, Manor Steps and Southbourne, so you're spoiled for choice.
Russell-Cotes Art Gallery & Museum
Rating: 4.5/5
One of the last Victorian manor houses ever built, the property was once the private home of extensive travellers Sir Merton Russell-Cotes and his wife Lady Annie.
The gardens are also worth exploring and the perfect way for youngsters to run off some energy!
Lower Gardens
Rating: 4.5/5
Running from Bournemouth Pier to the Poole boundary the Upper, Central and Lower Gardens have all been Green Flag winners since 1999.
Part of the Bourne Valley Greenway they are also Grade II listed and well worth spending some time in.

Oceanarium

If you are looking for something to do indoors, Oceanarium makes a good choice.
Boasting everything from sharks to turtles, clownfish to piranhas, you're sure to be amazed by the array of aquatic creatures.
Bournemouth International Centre
Rating: 4/5
For thrills, spills and plenty of laughs you can take the family to the Cool Coast Ice Rink which is at Bournemouth International Centre until February 22.
