COVID guidance in hospitals across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole remains unchanged despite legal restictions relaxing.
Visitors to University Hospitals Dorset, including the Royal Bournemouth and Poole hospitals, will need to continue wearing face masks and socially distancing.
A spokesperson for UHD said: "As Covid-19 legal restrictions relax in the community across the UK, please note the guidance in our hospitals remains unchanged.
"We still need our patients and visitors to wear face masks and socially distance in our hospitals to help reduce the spread of Covid-19.
"Our visiting restrictions also remain unchanged to ensure that we are keeping our patients, their loved ones, and our staff safe.
"Thank you for your continued support and understanding."
