Banking customers across the country are unable to access their accounts after an issue with the TSB mobile and online banking services.
According to Downdetector the service is down in areas throughout the UK, from southern areas including Plymouth all the way to Scotland towns and cities in the north including Aberdeen.
In a statement from the bank, a spokesperson said: “We're aware some customers may be experiencing issues accessing our Internet Banking.
“We're working to solve this as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
Downdetector indicates issues started to arise just before 7am this morning on the last working day of the month - a popular day for payments to be moving in and out of accounts including wages.
TSB customers have been taking to social media to complain with one user writing: “is there any ETA? I have bills and standing orders and I need to transfer money between tsb accounts.”
Adding: “I will adhere to any class action to make tsb liable for any late payment costs.”
