Police have released two CCTV images after a man was knocked unconscious in Bournemouth during an early hours attack.
Officers from Dorset Police want to identify the men pictured as part of their investigation into the assault last month.
The images have just been released by detectives.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Dorset Police received a report that at approximately 4.40am on Friday 23 December 2022, a man was assaulted by two men in Old Christchurch Road, opposite Horseshoe Common.
"The victim, aged in his 30s, was knocked unconscious by the men and was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries, which are not life-threatening."
Detective Constable Gabriel Neagu, of Bournemouth CID, said: “We are conducting a number of enquiries into this incident as we attempt to identify the two men involved.
“I am now in a position to issue CCTV images of two men I would like to identify and would ask anyone with information about their identity to please come forward.
“Also, I would ask the two men involved to please get in touch so we can take your account of what happened.”
