- A murder investigation has been launched following the death of a man in Bournemouth town centre
- At 1.26am this morning, Dorset Police received a report that a man had received a 'stab wound' following a fight in the Lower Gardens
- A 18-year-old man from Bournemouth, was pronounced dead at the scene
- His next of kin have been informed and the coroner notified
- Four 18-year-old men – two from the Portsmouth area, one from Bournemouth and one from Poole – have been arrested on suspicion of murder. They remain in custody.
- Police say a number of items, including clothing, were discarded in the Lower Gardens
- A huge cordon is in place in the town centre
