SHICARA ROCHELLE GEORGE, aged 34 and of Talbot Avenue, Bournemouth, admits assault a man by beating him in Bournemouth on July 31. Committed to prison for 26 weeks. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits assaulting PC Loughlin, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker by beating her in Bournemouth, on July 31. Committed to prison for 26 weeks concurrent. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits PC McAllister, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker by beating her in Bournemouth, on July 31. Committed to prison for 26 weeks concurrent. Also admits using towards others threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked in Bournemouth on July 31. Committed to prison for 26 weeks. Also admits assaulting PC Justice, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker by beating her in Bournemouth, on July 31. Committed to prison for 26 weeks concurrent. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on August 30, 2022, for five offences of assault emergency worker. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, implemented concurrent.

RICHARDSON KORANTENG, aged 37 and of Wellington Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of assaulting a woman thereby occasioning actual bodily harm on January 16. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 35 days of rehabilitation activity and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. To pay £150 compensation order. Restraining order made, which lasts until August 3, 2025. To pay £185 costs and £114 surcharge.

JEROME O'KELLY, aged 47 and of Churchill Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in The Triangle, Bournemouth, on May 23 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 18 months. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 40 months. To pay £85 costs. Also admits using a motor vehicle in The Triangle, Bournemouth, on May 23 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

POOLE

DARREN JOHN WELLS, aged 49 and of Frobisher Avenue, Poole, convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on August 5, 2022. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Restraining order made, which lasts until August 3, 2028. Also convicted of assaulting a man by beating him in Poole on August 5, 2022. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent. To pay £154 and £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on June 19, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on May 22. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent.

ADAM ROWSE, aged 26 and of Newdigate, Bedworth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Poole Road, Poole, on July 19 with 93 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £500. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months. To pay £85 costs and £200 surcharge.

LULZIM ALLA, aged 23 and of Whipperley Way, Luton, also admits using a silver Peugeot 308 in Blandford Road, Poole, on July 18 without insurance. Fined £350. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. To pay £85 costs and £140 surcharge. PURBECK

ZOE VARNEY, aged 30 and of Westerman Way, Wareham, admits stealing salmon valued at £12.30 belonging to Co-op in The Forum Centre, Trinity Street, Dorchester, on February 3. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £12.30 compensation.
