BOURNEMOUTH
JACK WILLIAM MOORE, aged 42 and of Green Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on June 12 by failing to attend probation appointments on July 4 and July 11 and drug rehabilitation requirement appointments on July 6, July 10. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity.
ANDREW HANRATTY, aged 45 and of Pilot Hight Road, Bournemouth, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he sent multiple texts and multiple attempts to call her in Bournemouth between October 13, 2022, and October 28, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £100. Restraining order made, which lasts until August 8, 2025. To pay £300 costs and £114 surcharge. Also admits assaulting a woman in Bournemouth on August 15, 2022. Community order made. Fined £100.
DAVID STEVENSON, aged 50 and of no fixed abode, admits entering a structure at the side of a house in Ophir Road, Bournemouth, on May 3 and stealing a DeWalt combi drill to the value of £200. Committed to prison for four months, suspended for one year. To pay £200 compensation. Restraining order made, which lasts until August 8, 2025.
JAY ARMITAGE, aged 27 and of Leonard Way, London, admits driving a Mercedes Benz in Wilson Road, Bournemouth, on June 2 with 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity and carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. Also admits driving a Mercedes Benz in Wilson Road, Bournemouth, on June 2 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Community order made. Driving record endorsed. Also admits using a Mercedes Benz in Wilson Road, Bournemouth, on June 2 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.
CHRISTOPHER MORRISON, aged 60 and of St Paul’s Lane, Bournemouth, admits possessing a quantity of cocaine in St Paul’s Place, Bournemouth, on May 17. Fined £200. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. To pay £85 costs and £80 surcharge.
SAMUEL GOODWIN, aged 36 and of Viscount Walk, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Watford, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him at Sandford Holiday Park in Organford Road on October 8, 2022. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits assaulting PC Kirkham, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him at Sandford Holiday Park in Organford Road on October 8, 2022.Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months. CHRISTCHURCH
IAN PAYNE, 31 and of Havelock Way, Christchurch, admits damaging a police vehicle belonging to Norfolk Constabulary in Wymondham on February 25. To pay £70 compensation.

CARL SIMON WILKIN, aged 42 and of no fixed abode, convicted of being in charge of a motor vehicle in Carey Road, Wareham, on February 16 with 143 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £36. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also convicted of being in charge of a motor vehicle in Wessex Oval junction with West Mill Crescent, Wareham, on February 18 with 155 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £36. Driving record endorsed. Also convicted of driving a Iveco van in Wessex Oval junction with West Mill Crescent, Wareham, on February 18 without due care and attention. No separate penalty. Also convicted of being in charge of a motor vehicle in Carey Road, Wareham, on February 15 with 91 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £36. Driving record endorsed. Also convicted of being in charge of a motor vehicle in Westminster Road, Wareham, on February 23 with 143 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £36. To pay £72 surcharge and £300 costs. Driving record endorsed. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on April 11, May 16, June 6 and August 8, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. No separate penalty. Also convicted of being in charge of a motor vehicle in Stour Drive, Wareham, on April 28 with 141 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £36. Driving record endorsed.
