A POOLE care home transformed into a winter wonderland with elves, reindeers and Santa himself.
Staff at The Lindsay Bupa Care Home embraced the festive spirit as they dressed in elf costumes for their residents.
Real reindeers were brought to the site to create the magical and memorable experience.
A local play group also joined the celebration, creating an inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere for the children, residents and staff.
Lauren Steele, home manager at The Lindsay, said: "Elf Day exceeded our expectations, bringing joy and laughter to our residents and the community.
"The real reindeers and Santa's visit added a touch of magic to the day, creating lasting memories for everyone involved."
Nicki Blackmore, resident experience manager, said: "We are thrilled with the success of our Elf Day.
"Our residents enjoyed every moment, and the event contributed significantly to their overall wellbeing.
"These festive gatherings are a vital part of creating a vibrant and inclusive community, here at The Lindsay."
The Lindsay Bupa Care Home welcomes residents in need of nursing or residential care, including those with dementia and Parkinson’s.
