A number of pets in Dorset are looking for their forever homes, including at the Ashley Heath Animal Centre.
Located on the border with Hampshire, the centre offers care for its animals in rural surroundings.
A few animals from the centre are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.
To help the Ashley Heath Animal Centre carry on their work you can donate to their website here.
Adore
Gender - Female
Age - One year old (approx.)
Breed - Terrier crossbreed
Colour - Tan/Grey
If you want to adopt Adore you can find their full profile here.
Adore came into the care of the RSPCA after she was found living in unsuitable conditions with a large group of dogs.
She will need someone at home most of the time initially whilst settling in as it will be a big adjustment for her.
Adore might be able to live with a confident cat used to being around dogs, given careful introductions and with any potential adopter prepared to introduce them slowly.
She might be able to live with sensible children aged 12 years or older but this will depend on initial meets at the centre.
Jimbo
Gender - Male
Age - One year old (approx.)
Breed - Terrier crossbreed
Colour - Tan
If you want to adopt Jimbo you can find their full profile here.
Jim came into the care of the RSPCA after being found living in unsuitable conditions with a large group of dogs.
He has led an extremely sheltered life so far, which means he has not experienced a comfortable home environment before and has had limited socialisation with other dogs and people.
Jimbo will need some help to continue to build his confidence and will also need to be housetrained.
Ashley Heath adds: "Despite him having limited socialisation in the past, he is progressing well and learning how to make friends with the other dogs here at the centre."
Missy
Gender - Female
Age - Two years old
Breed - Angora
Colour - Blue/Grey
If you want to adopt Missy you can find their full profile here.
Missy came into the care of the RSPCA from a multi-household of rabbits and is now looking for a place of her own.
She is described as a "friendly" and "social" rabbit who enjoys exploring her environment.
Missy will need grooming daily due to her long fur and will quite happily sit still as you do so.
She would like to be rehomed to live with a male rabbit as company and will require a large living area with plenty of enrichment to keep them occupied.
Crumble and Custard
Gender - Not stated on the profile
Age - Three years old (approx.)
Breed - Crossbreed
Colour - White and Tan
If you want to adopt Crumble and Custard you can find their full profile here.
Crumble and Custard came into the care of Ashley Heath due to a change in circumstances with their owners.
They are described as "sweet rabbits" who will happily take food from your hand.
Due to their long fur they will need grooming regularly and they are aiming to find a home together.
Crumble and Custard have lived as indoor rabbits but may be able to be introduced to living outside.
