A NEW sports bar could be coming to Bournemouth town centre.
The ‘Q Sports Bar’ has been earmarked to open within Richmond Gardens Shopping Centre.
Unveiling details online, the owners said: “Brand new sports bar with elite tournament standard Supreme Winner 7’x4’ English pool tables. 4 x 9’x5’ Sam American tables. 6 x county standard dart oches.
“Latest UHD screen showing all big games, events and tournaments. Huge choice of alcohol and soft drinks available."
A premises licence has also been submitted to BCP Council by Q Sports Bar Ltd.
It requests permission for the provision of late-night refreshments Monday to Saturday between 11pm and 1am, and alcohol sales Monday to Saturday between 11am and 12.30am, and on Sunday between 11am and 9.30pm.
BCP Council’s Licensing Authority is yet to make a decision on the application, and it will remain open for public consultation until July 9.
Representations should be made in writing on or before this date.
