POOLES most and least expensive streets have been revealed.
Gathering five year’s worth of sold house price data across the Poole postcodes, Panorama Road, Pearce Avenue and Lawrence Drive have some of the highest-valued homes across the region.
Some of the cheapest residential streets in Poole include Reynard Court, Canford Heath Road and Norton Way.
Sales company, Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Poole postcodes.
In Panorama Road (BH13), seven properties sold for an average of £7,468,571. In Pearce Avenue (BH14), three properties sold for an average of £5,800,000.
Also, Lawrence Drive (BH13) saw five properties sell for an average of £3,633,000.
Some of the cheapest streets include Reynard Court (BH15) (where six properties sold for an average of £72,916), Canford Heath Road (BH17) (where five properties sold for an average of £77,300) and Norton Way (BH15) (where three properties sold for an average of £77,500).
