A REGIONAL childcare provider is celebrating one of its staff reaching a 25-year career milestone.
Tops Day Nurseries, a childcare provider across the south and south west, and the Aspire Training Team, an early years training provider, is honouring Donna Burt for an impressive career spanning over two decades.
Donna began as an apprentice at Tops Parkstone, Poole, in 1999 before rising to her current role as associate director of operations for Aspire.
Over her 25-year career, Donna moved from room leader to in-house trainer, to internal quality assessor and later to training centre manager.
Donna said: "I have had the privilege of being part of the Aspire family for the last 25 years.
"Not only have I gathered a range of qualifications, I have made some firm friends over the years."
Today, she plays a crucial role in helping Aspire expand its reach beyond the Tops group.
Kelly Medley said: "Over the past 20 years, Donna has been an integral part of our team, sharing her boundless passion, vast knowledge, and invaluable experience with countless learners.
"Working alongside Donna has been a privilege.
"As Donna embarks on her new role, I am filled with pride and optimism."
