TODAY on one of the hottest days of the year it was pretty obvious that the beaches were going to be packed.

It was also the case that the car parks would be full. I had to make a visit to Bournemouth and as usual there were cars parked everywhere.

On the pavements, on yellow lines, double parked and it goes on.

Where were the traffic/parking officers?

The council could have made a fortune but as normal there were none of the wardens in sight. No wonder people park where they want. There were loads of cars parked under the signs informing them that this is a tow away zone. Not today I think.
