As part of its ongoing mission to expand, White Trees Group is excited to announce the opening of its first new residential children's home in Bournemouth, scheduled for January 2025. This new home represents a significant step in extending their high-quality care provision to the South coast.

In preparation for the January 2025 opening, White Trees Group is actively recruiting passionate and skilled professionals to join their team. They are looking for individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people, with positions available across a range of roles.  Our staffing teams work on a three week rolling rota.

Registered Homes Manager: £37,440 - £44,780 (OTE £62,080) * Excludes sleep-ins & on-calls.

Essential: Level 5 qualification and 1 years’ experience in role & full driving license.

Deputy Manager: £37,600 - £38,640  * Includes sleep-ins & on-calls.

Essential: Level 3 qualification and 1 years’ experience in role & full driving license.

Senior Children’s Residential Support Workers: £33,440 - £36, 560  * Includes sleep-ins & on-calls.

Essential: Level 3 qualification and 1 years’ experience in role & full driving license.

Children’s Residential Support Workers: £28,240 - £32,400  * Includes sleep-ins & on-calls

Desirable: Experience working with Children - Essential: Full driving license.

Bank Support Workers (Flexible Hours) £11.50 - £13.00 p/h.

Desirable: Experience working with children - Essential: Driving license.
