The following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

JAMIE PETER CAMPION, 33 and of Walton Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from a period of imprisonment. He was jailed for seven days.

DOUGLAS POWELL, 62 and of Marlborough Road in Bournemouth, admitted act of outraging public decency after ‘stripping completely naked’ in Ladywell Gardens in Poole on March 2, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until August 15, 2026, given a curfew with electronic monitoring for three months, and excluded from entering Ladywell Gardens for 24 months. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £250.

CLARA WHEELER, 50 and of Frobisher Avenue in Poole, admitted two counts of theft from a shop after stealing a wig valued at £44.99 from Easy Tiger in Bournemouth on March 2, and handbags to the value of £167.94 from Tk Maxx at Castlepoint Shopping Centre in Bournemouth on March 24. She was handed a community order lasting until August 15, 2025, and ordered to pay compensation of £212.93.

GEORGINA HARGREAVES, 20 and of Fritham Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely two police officers, and one count of assault by beating in Bournemouth on April 27. She was conditionally discharged for a period of 24 months. She was also ordered to pay compensation of £475, a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £24 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

STUART WESTWOOD, 37 and of Bournemouth, admitted three counts of theft from a shop, after stealing a chocolate easter egg and ear plugs to the value of £14 from Asda Express at Esso Petrol Station in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on March 14, washing detergents to the value of £42 and five bottles of wine to the value of £48.05 from Co-op in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on April 18. He was fined £300 and handed a restraining order lasting until August 15, 2025, banning him from entering Co-Op stores in Dorset.

SIMON POPE, 35 and of Bournemouth, admitted common assault and assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, in Madeira Road in Bournemouth on August 15. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £200 compensation.

JONATHAN MORAN, 45 and of Well Lane in Shaftesbury, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a woman in Chedington Close in Poole on October 13, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until August 15, 2025, and a restraining order was made for the victim, lasting until August 15, 2026. He was also fined £50, ordered to pay £250 compensation and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

WAYNE MCNALLY, 54 and of Upper Terrace Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing a Gilette razor gift set valued between £20 and £25 from Boots in Commercial Road in Bournemouth on June 17, 2023. He admitted racially / religiously aggravated intentional harassment / alarm / distress - words / writing in Commercial Road in Bournemouth on June 17, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until May 15, 2026, and banned from entering Boots in Commercial Road in Bournemouth for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £250.
