A BOURNEMOUTH care provider has been given a 'Good' rating after previously being told it required improvement.

Bespoke Care Services East Dorset Ltd is proud to announce it has achieved a 'Good' rating in its latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection.

The service, which provides domiciliary care to individuals in their own homes, received praise for its "effective, caring, responsive, and well-led operations."

Claire Levers, the owner of Bespoke Care Services, said: "I am very proud of the care delivered by our team. Their commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care is evident in this fantastic result."

The CQC inspection, which started on May 28, 2024 and concluded on June 4, 2024, found significant improvements since the last inspection.

The registered manager, Nicola Cox, and the provider have created a comprehensive service improvement plan and are dedicated to further improving the service.

The inspection report highlighted the service's proactive approach to learning from events and its strong partnerships with health and social care professionals.

A relative commented: "Everything I have talked to them about has been addressed. Staff go the extra mile; my loved one has the maximum support from them."
