A POOLE homecare company has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Dorset Business Awards in the 'scale-up' category.

Poole visiting homecare and live-in care provider, GoodOaks Homecare, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the scale-up category of the Dorset Business Awards in reflection of the company's growth.

Founded in 2011, Goodoaks has labelled its national "You Are Not Alone" campaign as central to its success.

A spokesperson for Goodoaks said: " [The campaign] has not only raised awareness of the stresses and strains of caring for a loved one at home but has also reinforced their commitment to providing compassionate care to those who need it most.

"GoodOaks' entire network of franchise partners across the UK supports this campaign, aiming to make a real impact on the lives of worried families nationwide."

It also labelled investment in franchise recruitment and relationships with Bournemouth University and AECC University College as a crucial role in its growth.

Ben Ashton, Co-Founder, said: “Being recognised as a finalist is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team.

"We are passionate about providing high-quality care that makes a real difference in people's lives, and this nomination reflects our commitment to excellence as we continue to expand.”
