A RETIREMENT developer hosted a sizzling summer barbecue in Wimborne.
McCarthy Stone turned up the heat at its new Old Market Village at Ensor Mews with an on-site bistro, washed down with refreshing summer tipple and a six-piece Latin jazz band.
As part of the event, guests were also invited to see how the village green McCarthy Stone is cultivating, is coming along.
Guests saw the landscaped area that will soon play host to a series of social events joins the two developments, Market House and The Old Market Gardens.
During the party, many prospective homeowners also used the opportunity to browse the new show suites and communal spaces that have been designed to provide a comfortable and practical living experience.
Verity McKay, divisional marketing manager at McCarthy Stone, said: “Our summer barbecue was a huge hit with guests, with many praising Soldoro’s fantastic performance and the ‘incredible’ food.
