MP JESSICA Toale will start holding regular surgeries for her constituencies from September.

The MP for Bournemouth West was elected as the town’s first ever Labour MP on the election on July 4, beating former Conservative MP Conor Burns by more than 3,000 votes.

She said: “My regular constituency advice surgeries will be starting up from next Friday, September 6 and take place every first and third Friday thereafter.

“If you’d like to book an appointment for one of the above surgeries please email jessica.toale.mp@parliament.uk or call 02072192928.”

Ms Toale recently stood down as a councillor in the West End of London, something she told the Echo was always the plan if she won the election.

Most MPs will hold surgeries in their constituency to give their residents an opportunity to meet them and discuss matters of concern. MPs may run surgeries at different times, locations and frequency.

Bournemouth West includes Kinson, West Howe, Ensbury Park, Alder Hills, Winton and Talbot Woods as well as the town centre and West Cliff.
