THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

ROBERT MCCRYSTAL, 39 and of Sussex Road in Weymouth, admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a toilet system to the value of approximately £300 at The Gloucester pub in Weymouth on July 7, 2023. He was found guilty of criminal damage to property after damaging a Ford motor car to the value of £140 in Great George Street in Weymouth on June 13, 2023. He admitted theft from a shop after stealing a bottle of Disaronno to the value of £27 from Asda in Newstead Road in Weymouth on August 11, 2023. He was jailed for four weeks. He was also ordered to pay £467 compensation.

DANNY LINDSAY, 34 and of Beaumaris Road in Poole, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and driving while disqualified on the A31 at Ferndown on May 25. He was disqualified from driving for two years and handed a 12 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

CHARMAINE JOHNSON, 32 and of Cashmoor Close in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing alcohol valued at £30 from the Co-op in Commercial Road in Poole on December 5, 2023. She was ordered to pay £30 compensation.

DARIUSZ BILIP, 39 and of St Mary's Street in Southampton, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on May 26. He admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a sink in a police cell in Bournemouth custody on May 27. He was fined £332, ordered to pay £150 compensation and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

THOMAS COOPER, 42 and of Dudley Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, in Dudley Gardens in Bournemouth on November 13, 2023. He admitted criminal damage to property after damaging two mobile phones in Cockerell Close in Poole on August 5, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until February 28, 2026, with a requirement to complete 100 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £350 compensation and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

DEAN BOYT, 54 and of Foxcroft Drive in Canford Bottom, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely with 82 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Smugglers Lane in Colehill on June 3. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He was also fined £900, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £360 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

NEIL DUFFETT, 45 and of Orchard Street in Blandford Forum, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely with 145 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in West Street in Blandford Forum on June 8. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months, and handed an eight week prison sentence suspended for two years. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £154 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
