A HOME in Bournemouth has been forced to close.
A closure order has been granted for 2 Jubilee Gardens in the area of Slades Farm.
BCP Council served a closure notice to the property on Tuesday, September 3, pursuant to section 80 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
It was granted by Poole Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, September 5.
The property must close immediately, and remain closed for three months.
Closure orders are a measure often used by BCP Council to tackle serious nuisance and disorder in residential areas.
The Daily Echo has contacted the local authority to ask why a closure order was specifically sought for 2 Jubilee Gardens.
