OCEANARIUMS should be relegated to the history books.
No tank can replicate the freedom of the ocean. I know that many families take their children to the Oceanarium so they can come face to face with different animals, but we live in a beautiful part of the country.
A trip around Poole Harbour and the Bournemouth coast brings you close to dolphins, seals, eagles, ospreys, red squirrels and more.
Allowing children to appreciate animals living free without our interference will teach them a lot more than staring at fish cramped in tiny glass boxes.
Thanks but no tanks!
