THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

OMAR MANNEH, 27 and of Canford Avenue in Bournemouth, admitted four counts of criminal damage to property after damaging two cars and a communal stairwell in St Albans Crescent in Bournemouth, and a Dorset Police car at Bournemouth custody on April 10. He admitted using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress in St Albans Crescent in Bournemouth on April 10. He admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely cocaine, at police custody in Bournemouth on April 27. He admitted failing to provide specimen for analysis as a vehicle driver in Bournemouth on June 15. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and handed a community order lasting until September 8, 2025, with a requirement to complete 210 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £828.36 compensation and was fined £1.

SEAN ROSE, 37 and of Lampton Close in Wareham, admitted assault by beating in Cologne Road in Bovington on June 4, 2023. He admitted failing to surrender to police / court bail at the appointed time at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on August 29. He was handed a community order lasting until September 8, 2026. He was also fined £162, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £300 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

BILLY CHAPMAN, 43 and of Dundee Road in Weymouth, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order in Weymouth on September 7. He was fined £50.

JASON PITT, 59 and of St Mary’s Road in Poole, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 154 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, in Witney Road in Poole on January 9. He was disqualified from driving for 40 months. He was also fined £138, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £55 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

SABRINA JEWELL, 36 and of Mellstock Crescent in Wareham, admitted 22 counts of theft from a shop after stealing from convenience stores in Bournemouth between March 12 and August 20. She admitted four counts of theft - other - including theft by finding, following thefts in Bournemouth between July 1 and 11. She admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely 3 grams of heroin, in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on August 20. She was handed a 40-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, and banned from entering all Co-Op stores in Dorset for 12 months.

HOLLY SILK, 51 and of Ashley Road in Bournemouth, admitted three counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker after assaulting three police officers in Bournemouth on May 10. She admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth on May 10. She was handed a community order lasting until September 9, 2025. She was also ordered to pay £360 compensation and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MATTHEW HAMBIDGE, 52 and of Hull Road in Bearwood, admitted driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance in Beaufort Road in Bournemouth on December 28, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MATTHEW NISBET, 33 and of no fixed address, admitted racially / religiously aggravated fear / provocation of violence by words / writing in Poole Road in Bournemouth on September 11, 2022. He was handed a community order lasting until September 9, 2025, and ordered to pay £150 compensation.

MATTHEW POTTER, 41 and of Roundhayes Close in Weymouth, admitted two counts of possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely ketamine and cannabis, in Poole on March 14. He admitted two counts of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely 106ugl of Benzoylecgonine and 132ugl of Ketamine, in Linthorpe Road in Poole on March 14. He was disqualified from driving for three years. He was also fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ORNEL KOVACAJ, 26 and of Annerley Road in Bournemouth, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely cocaine, in Annerley Road in Bournemouth on June 14. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £72 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

AMANDA ROBERTSON, 58 and of Aspen Gardens in Poole, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely 629 micrograms of Benzoylecgonine, and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Aspen Gardens in Poole on August 17, 2023. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months. She was also fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MARK TOOGOOD, 44 and of Barton Hill in Shaftesbury, admitted theft from the person of another after stealing a wallet containing £196 from a person in Shaftesbury on September 23, 2023. He was fined £300, ordered to pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

LISA HILES, 44 and of Bournemouth, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, three counts of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine, Methylenedioxymethetamine (ecstasy) and Cocaine, and passion of a controlled drug of class A, namely MDMA, in Oakley Hill in Poole on January 11. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months, and handed a community order lasting until September 10, 2025. She was also fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
