A NEWLY refurbished pub a 15-minute stroll away from Bournemouth beach is the Echo's pub of the week.
The Pavilion Arms, located on Wimborne Road in Bournemouth, boasts "stylish décor and quality local produce."
Christina Pitak is the pub's general manager, and the hotel also features ten boutique bedrooms.
Christina said: "We are really proud of what we do.
"We stand out because of our incredible location, our quality service and range of food and drinks."
Inside, you'll find "cosy, traditional interiors complete with wood panelling and open fireplaces, and a contemporary dining space."
Good food is one of the main focus of the staff at The Pavilion Arms. Christina described it as 'premium season dishes.'
"We work closely with our suppliers to create stunning seasonal dishes and exciting takes on pub classics with quality local produce, with a focus on fresh fish, seafood and steaks."
The pub caters to all dietary requirements, and the menu includes several options for vegetarian and gluten-free guests, as well as a separate gluten-free menu.
Outside, there is a large beer garden and covered terrace area, perfect for people to dine outside in any weather.
Christina said: "The outside area is a really lovely space and can seat 60 to 70 people.
"We have some trendy cushions, parasols and even some heaters so people can sit there even if it's raining and cold."
Being a Butcombe Brewery Pub, The Pavilion Arms has a great selection of award winning Butcombe beer, cask ale and local cider.
Christina lauded its cocktail menu. Between 4pm-7pm, seven days a week, the pub offers two freshly-made cocktails for £15.
On the second Monday of each month, they host a quiz night, and on the last Thursday of the month, they host a salsa night featuring a live salsa band accompanied by the pub's Latino-inspired tapas menu.
The pub goes all out for Christmas and is currently working on a festive menu and events.
Christina added: "I have worked at lots of different pubs, but this one is by far my favourite because of the lovely team and the customers that come in."
