A LEISURE company has spoken out after it was revealed that BCP Council would take over its Dorset centres.
Everyone Active, which operates three leisure centres in Dorset and many more across the UK, will no longer be managing facilities for BCP Council from October 1 later this year.
Now, the leisure company is warning its customers of the upcoming changes in place.
In a post on social media from Everyone Active, it read: “There is going to be a change of leisure operator at Dolphin Swimming Pool, Rossmore & Ashdown Leisure Centres.
“From 1st October 2024 Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Council will commence with their management as the leisure operator for the BCP contract.
“Everyone Active have been incredibly proud to have been the leisure operator of the 3 leisure facilities for 18 years and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support.
“Please be assured that you will not need to do anything during this transfer, and you are welcome to carry on using the centre as you normally would do.
“The leisure centres will be closing early on Monday 30th September 2024 so Everyone Active can vacate the premises.”
More information is available via the Everyone Active website.
