THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
LUKE JAMES NEIL COOPER, 38 and of Jellicoe Road in Poole, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. He was handed a community order lasting until November 15, 2024.
THOMAS PATRICK HENRYS, 30 and of Southcote Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
KRIS BRADLEY, 41 and of no fixed address, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. He was fined £60.
MICHAEL PAUL COCORACHIO, 40 and of Minstead Road in Kinson, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. He was fined £173 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
HARRISON ARCHER, 30 and of Lymington Road in Highcliffe, admitted fraud by false representation, after he dishonestly made a false representation intending to make a again, namely £29, for himself, at Tesco Express in The Triangle in Bournemouth. He was fined £80.
SARAH WOODHALL, 58 and of Commercial Road in Bournemouth, admitted racially / religiously aggravated intentional harassment / alarm / distress - words / writing in Bournemouth on March 24. She was fined £200, ordered to pay £200 compensation, a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ALEX SORRELL, 35 and of Dorset Road in Christchurch, admitted theft - other - including theft by finding, after stealing a purse with £230 inside, in Hunt Road in Christchurch on April 15. He was fined £120, ordered to pay £230 compensation and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KIERAN PENALUNA, 23 and of Sea View Road in Poole, admitted fraudulently use a registration mark / registration document, using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, driving whilst disqualified and using a motor vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate in Vanguard Road in Bournemouth on September 12. He admitted driving whilst disqualified, using a motor vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate, fraudulently using a registration mark / registration document and using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance in Vanguard Road in Bournemouth on September 19. He admitted fraudulently use a registration mark / registration document, using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, driving whilst disqualified and using a motor vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate in Vanguard Road in Bournemouth on August 22. He admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, and driving whilst disqualified, in Vanguard Road in Bournemouth on October 3. He was disqualified from driving for 26 months and handed a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months. He was also fined £415 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LEVI CUPPER, 27 and of Newfoundland Drive in Sturminster Newton, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), at the A350 Junction with Upton Bypass on May 5. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
