THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
SHANE BATH, 56 and of no fixed address, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a man at St Ann's Hospital in Poole on January 24. He was ordered to pay £120 compensation.
ROANSKI PENKO, 20 and of Wolverton Road in Bournemouth, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely 0.37g of cocaine, using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely cocaine, in Watermill Road in Christchurch on January 27. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £100 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
JOSIAH FUNFE, 19 and of Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis, in Wallisdown Road in Bournemouth on January 25. He was fined £423, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £169 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
JACK FORSTER, 22 and of Cleveland Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, and possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis, in Richmond Park Road in Bournemouth on February 17. He was disqualified from driving for 38 months. He was also fined £380, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £152 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KENNETH BRIDGE, 49 and of Sunningdale Crescent in Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine, in Christopher Crescent in Poole on February 27. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £160 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
MAREK PIETRZAK, 39 and of Elwyn Road in Bournemouth, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely 1.3g of cocaine, in Poole on March 24. He admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), in Ashley Road in Poole on March 24. He admitted producing a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis, in Bournemouth on March 24. He was handed a community order lasting until October 6, 2025, with a requirement to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
STEPHEN KNIGHTS, 61 and of Cinnamon Lane in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the notification requirements of the Sex Offenders Register, after failing to register a new bank card with the police within the specific three-day time period. He admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely 3.67g of cocaine, in Madeira Road in Bournemouth on July 9. He admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Holes Bay Road in Poole on July 9. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
