THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
JORDAN JOHN HOWARD, 24 and of Cheam Road in Poole, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Bournemouth Crown Court. He was fined £300.
MAKSIMS PILKO, 21 and of Moreton Road in Bournemouth, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely 1.58g of cocaine, in Hannington Place in Bournemouth on February 13. He was fined £27 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
PADDY MCCANN, 23 and of Bournemouth, was arrested by a constable for breaking / likely to break bail conditions - duty to surrender into the custody of a court, in Yeatminster Road in Poole on November 11. He admitted possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely 2.7g of cannabis, in Yeatminster Road in Poole on August 28. He was fined £100.
NICUSOR LIGA, 43 and of Ash Grove in Ringwood, admitted two counts of possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely cocaine and heroin, in Bournemouth on December 30, 2023. He was fined £240 and ordered to pay costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
TOMMY PAGE, 21 and of Earlswood Drive in Alderholt, admitted common assault, possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis / cannabis resin, possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely cocaine, and possession of nitrous oxide for wrongful inhalation in Earlswood Drive in Alderholt on April 14. He admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely cannabis, in Harbridge Drove in Alderholt on May 14. He was disqualified from driving for 40 months. He was also fined £692, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £277 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
MACY SOTHERAN, 23 and of Bond Avenue in West Moors, admitted causing serious injury by careless / inconsiderate driving at The Quarterjack Surgery in Wimborne Minster on April 12. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months. She was also fined £375, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £150 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
STEPHEN GUPPY, 68 and of Wigbeth, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 128 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, in Horton Road in Three Legged Cross on April 28. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. She was also fined £576, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £230 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ISOBEL FURMAGE, 20 and of Churchill Gardens in Poole, admitted theft - other - including theft by finding, after stealing a bank card of a value unknown from a person in Dorchester on July 6, 2022. She admitted fraud by false representation after using the stolen bank card at various locations in Dorset, including JD Sports Weymouth and Greggs Dorchester, on July 6, 2022. She was conditionally discharged for a period of 18 months. She was also ordered to pay £135.63 compensation, a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
CALLUM ROBERTS, 23 and of Westwood Avenue in Ferndown, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in Ryall Road in Poole on February 13. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £700, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £280 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
