A NEW finance brokerage is being launched in Ringwood by the team at Dawsongroup finance.
Coast, based in Ringwood, will work with a broad range of limited companies nationwide, including growing SMEs, arranging finance solutions for all types of commercial assets, from vans and trailers to laptops and machinery.
Billy Hart, head of sales at Coast and Dawsongroup finance, said: “Over the years, the Dawsongroup finance team has unearthed a huge amount of funding opportunities which could have been facilitated through a brokerage service - and that was the genesis of Coast.
“The addition of Coast allows us to offer that end-to-end provision for our existing customers.
"Previously a business might have been coming to us for trucks and trailers for a decade, but if they needed finance for warehouse management software or a suite of new laptops for example, we’d have had to direct them elsewhere.
“Now, through Coast, we can support the growth of their business in every aspect."
The nine-strong team, with 60 years’ collective experience, has access to a panel of 20 trusted lenders.
Billy added: “Coast is new, but our team offers a wealth of expertise across multiple industries. Our strengths are our close-knit, knowledgeable team, transparent approach, and strong relationships with lenders.
“We’re on a mission to take the stress out of asset financing, meeting businesses where they are and always available on the end of the phone. The idea is that working with us should feel like a breath of fresh air – as easy as a trip to the coast.”
Coast will have its official launch at a lunchtime event at its premises at Headlands Business Park in Ringwood, on Wednesday, October 23.
The Mayor of Ringwood, Cllr Rae Frederick, will be cutting the ribbon on the new Coast offices.
Also in attendance will be colleagues from Dawsongroup PLC and Dawsongroup Finance and representatives from local businesses and the finance sector.
Dawsongroup finance, chiefly a lender rather than a brokerage and specialising in financing hard wheeled assets, will continue as before, with the new Coast brokerage now working alongside it.
