THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
FRANCIS AUSTIN CLARK, 52 and of Inverly Road in Christchurch, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court. He was handed a new community order lasting until February 13, 2025 with an alcohol abstinence requirement. He was also ordered to pay costs of £60.
NICOLA HEWITSON, 56 and of Canford Cliffs Road in Poole, was found guilty of using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress in Poole Road in Poole on January 19. She was conditionally discharged for a period of 18 months. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £620 to Crown Prosecution Service.
GERALD HORAN, 36 and of no fixed address, admitted theft from a shop after stealing a Bluetooth speaker to the value of £149.95 from John Lewis in Redlands Retail Park in Poole on May 30. He admitted common assault of an emergency worker, namely a police constable, in Lansdowne Road in Bournemouth on March 6. He was ordered to pay £299.95 compensation.
GEORGETTE BURTON, 36 and of Prideaux Gardens in Ockley, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance in Gervis Place in Bournemouth on August 8. She admitted failing to provide specimen for analysis as a vehicle driver, namely a specimen of breath, in Bournemouth on August 8. She was handed a community order lasting until October 13, 2025, and was disqualified from driving for 20 months. She was also fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to Crown Prosecution Service.
JOHN LAMBERT, 27 and of Lagland Street in Poole, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Tesco at The Quay in Poole on August 10. He admitted failing to comply with a section 35 direction excluding a person from an area after failing to leave Poole town centre when ordered to do so on August 10. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to Crown Prosecution Service.
DOMINIC FALCO, 31 and Countess Park in Liverpool, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 108 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on August 10. He was handed a community order lasting until October 13, 2025, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to Crown Prosecution Service.
HARRY PALMER-RODRIGUEZ, 18 and of Centurion Close in Poole, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Clarendon Road in Bournemouth on August 10. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months. He was also fined £369, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £148 and costs of £85 to Crown Prosecution Service.
RICHARD BADER, 55 and Cavendish Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit on the B3081 at Verwood on August 11, namely 110 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 26 months. He was also fined £1250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £500 and costs of £85 to Crown Prosecution Service.
YOLANDA GARCIA, 50 and of Green Close in Bere Regis, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine, in Ringwood Road in Poole on May 31. She was disqualified from driving for three years. She was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to Crown Prosecution Service.
