CHANGES have been proposed for a restaurant in Bournemouth.
A layout switch-up has been planned for the Cooper Dean Harvester in Castle Lane West.
To facilitate the proposed changes, the restaurant has submitted a minor variation application for its existing premises licence.
According to the application, the layout of fixed seating and screens would be reconfigured, the drinks machine, bread station and salad bar would be relocated, and a new stud wall would be added.
A planning application has also been submitted to refresh the signage at the Cooper Dean Harvester.
It includes the refurbishment of the post mounted 'Harvester' and 'Welcome' signs, as well as the main 'Harvester' lettering on the building.
A decision is yet to be made on both applications.
