WIMBORNE Community Garden is organising two fundraising events this year.
The group will host a Forgetful Santa event where guests hunt around the market town looking in shop windows for items that Santa forgot while out shopping.
Entry forms cost £1 each and are available from Optique 2000, The Museum of East Dorset and the library.
Promotion tables will be outside Waitrose and the Co-Op on November 2 and 16.
Two prize winners, picked at random, will receive a book token each and these will be presented by Santa at the prize winner’s home on December 21.
Meanwhile, Santa will be in a woodland grotto at the community garden opposite Beaucroft College in School Lane on December 6, 13 and 20.
Parents can enjoy a hot drink and mince pie while Santa greets the children, tells them a story and hands them a gift.
Times 3.45pm, 4.30pm and 5.15pm, costing £10 per child. For tickets telephone 07851 402207 during the evenings.
