THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
LEWIS KEVIN BALE, 38 and of Kimmeridge Avenue in Poole, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. The community order was varied to contain new requirements.
NICHOLAS DAVIES, 38 and of Peel Close in Blandford Forum, admitted two counts of theft from a shop after stealing alcohol valued at £37 from Morrisons in West Street in Blandford Forum on March 14, and stealing stole meat, vegetables and alcohol amounting to an unknown value from Marks and Spencer in Langton Road in Blandford Forum on March 18. She admitted using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress at Marks and Spencer in Langton Road in Blandford Forum on March 14. She was handed a community order lasting until October 16, 2025, and was excluded from entering Marks and Spencer in Langton Road in Blandford Forum for 12 months. She was also ordered to pay £387 compensation.
BRANDON PALMER, 23 and of Ebor Road in Poole, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely 96 micrograms of Ketamine per one litre of blood, in Parley Lane in Hurn on January 2. He was handed a community order lasting until July 16, 2025, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also fined £138, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
STEVEN ROLFE, 36 and of Victoria Close in Bovington, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine, in Bovington Lane in Bovington on March 20. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He was also fined £120 and ordered pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
DAVID LUKEY, 46 and of Ringwood Road in St Leonard’s, admitted harassment - breach of a restraining order on conviction in Blandford Forum on March 20. He was fined £300 and ordered pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LARRY MAXWELL, 58 and of Mossley Estate in Walsall, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine, in Richmond Park Road in Bournemouth on February 5. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also fined £646, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £258 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
JAMES TOPLISS, 49 and of Wareham Road in Lytchett Matravers, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in Stanley Geen Road in Poole on June 17. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ARTUR STASZCZYK, 34 and of Monks Way in Poole, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order, made by Dorset Magistrates’ Court, on October 21 in Ashley Road in Poole. He was fined £50.
JAMIE DUFFY, 24 and of Archway Road in Poole, admitted assaulting a a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm in Garland Road in Poole on September 9, 2023. He was handed a 20-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and handed a restraining order lasting until October 21, 2025. He was also ordered to pay £500 compensation.
KIRTIS MOORE, 38 and of Fernheath Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to answer to court / police bail as soon as practicable at Poole Magistrates’ Court on April 10. He admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Fernheath Road in Bournemouth on January 22, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 38 months. He was also fined £472, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £189 and costs of £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
MASSIMO MANCUSO, 57 and of Gerald Road in Bournemouth, admitted assault by beating in Gerald Road in Bournemouth on January 27. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and handed a restraining order. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
