Strictly Come Dancing Star Sarah Hadland, also known for popular tv shows Miranda and Daddy Issues, has been cha-cha-ing her way to success through her strictly journey.
BASE Space Pilates Studio, located in Poole, has been instrumental in supporting Sarah Hadland’s fitness journey.
BASE offers a range of Pilates classes and Private sessions tailored to individuals needs.
Sarah has visited the studio to work on three key elements using disciplined workouts such as reformer, mat and bar Pilates.
BASE Co-founder Emma said: “Pilates has long been a favourite among dancers and athletes.
“It’s an excellent way to strengthen the body without putting too much strain on the joints and also helps with balance, which is crucial when you’re moving quickly and changing directions in dances such as the quick step and Paso Doble.
““We have even had clients using disco balls in place of Pilates props in homage to Strictly.”
Sarah’s Pilates classes at BASE have been a combination of both remote, zoom and in person training.
Co-founder Amy said: “Sarah’s commitment to her fitness regime has been impressive.”
“Whether she’s in the studio with us or dialling into Zoom session, she’s been dedicated to getting stronger and tackling her Sciatica pain. We’re so proud of Sarah’s achievements both on and off the dance floor.”
