SEAFOOD fans are being urged to book tickets for an “unforgettable” evening at Rick Stein Sandbanks next month. 

TV chef Jack Stein, son of Rick, is teaming up with broadcaster, author and Celebrity MasterChef 2022 champion Lisa Snowdon for the next instalment of his Seafood Odyssey series. 

The pair will be at Rick Stein Sandbanks in Banks Road on Thursday, November 28 between 7pm and 10pm. 

Set against the backdrop of the beautiful Poole Harbour, chef director and seafood virtuoso Jack has worked alongside Lisa to craft a six-course feast to celebrate Britain’s glorious seafood. 

There will be salted anchovies with sourdough, fresh tuna crudo with ricotta and lemon stuffed courgette flower, crispy tempura prawns and wasabi peas, crab linguine and more. 

Tickets are priced at £95 per person and include a welcome cocktail inspired by the chef’s chosen tipples – either a Margarita (Lisa’s drink of choice) or a Negroni (Jack’s favourite).  

Jack said: “Lisa and I met back in lockdown, and it was great to watch her win the title of Celebrity MasterChef.  

“She’s a brilliant, passionate cook who loves adding fun twists to dishes and the perfect foodie to welcome to Rick Stein Sandbanks for what promises to be an epic evening of seafood, wine and great conversation.”
