BCP has a lot of great cafes where people can satisfy their craving for coffee and cake, but what are considered to be among the best in the area?
With so much to choose from, there may be a few that may not have garnered a huge amount of attention but deliver on the quality.
Therefore, we asked Daily Echo readers on Facebook what they thought were the best “hidden gem” cafes in the area.
Whether you’re in the mood for an indulgent slice of cake, full English or soup of the day, there is bound to be something tasty and freshly made waiting for you.

There were more than 200 comments overall on the Facebook post, indicating this was a popular topic.
One place that received quite a few mentions was JoJo's Cafe over on Wimborne Road in Bournemouth.
A local listed down some of its attributes, sharing: "small friendly cafe, good quality ingredients, lovely coffee".
Another posted that they offered an "absolutely fabulous breakfast" whilst a third commended it for the "best food and the best customer service".
One reader took the time to wax lyrical about Leo Cafe in the Richmond Gardens Shopping Centre.
They wrote: "Leo Cafe - a little hidden gem. Fabulous breakfast and great coffee, all served with a smile."
Customers seem to agree with that assessment, with it having earned a 4.5/5 score on Tripadvisor from 102 reviews.
Alongside that, Cafe Argyll only got one mention but was highly praised, as the reader shared: "Undoubtedly Cafe Argyll on the West Cliff at the top of the Alum Chine zig zag.
"Matt and the team there will greet you with a genuine smile…and the food is great."
Additionally, it has earned a 4.5/5 score on Tripadvisor from 103 reviews.
Saffron Makes & Bakes over in Westbourne got a couple of comments of support, with one of them writing: "Saffron Makes & Bakes the best find-coffee, venue, atmosphere and staff overall a great experience every time Ive visited, plus they have an unexpected gift shop too with some great gift ideas ..I can’t recommend enough."
One reader went to bat for the Two Wheeled Tavern over in Pokesdown, posting: "Two Wheeled Tavern on Pokesdown hill. Friendly, great atmosphere plus good food and coffee."
Another place that was brought up for its quality coffee was Fika - Skandi Coffee Co over in Christchurch.
One person wrote: "Fika skandi Christchurch. Great coffee. Lovely staff. Great ethos - profits to charities."

Meanwhile, Sonny's Kitchen on Alder Road received quite a few mentions from readers, with one calling it the "best cafe in Dorset".
Its customers seem to agree with it earning a 4.7/5 score on Google Reviews from 73 ratings.
Some other spots with multiple mentions included Cherrie's Cafe in Springbourne, The Hutch in Westbourne and The Fisherman Cafe on Poole Quay.
