THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
DARRYL JOHN CORNISH, 41 and of no fixed address, admitted sexual assault on a female after he intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting in Heights Road in Upton on August 28. He admitted possession of a class C controlled drug, namely two tablets of pregabalin, at Weymouth Police Station on August 30. He admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment. He was jailed for six weeks and is required to register with the police for seven years. He was also ordered to pay costs of £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ASHLEY FRASER-WARNER, 27 and of Juniper Close in Three Legged Cross, admitted driving while disqualified and using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance in London Road in Salisbury on October 8, 2023. He admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and driving whilst disqualified, in Redhill Drive in Bournemouth on September 29. He was handed a four-month prison sentence suspended for 18 months, required to complete 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months, and disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ROSE SONNEKUS, 25 and of Bournemouth, admitted five counts of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place in Bournemouth on August 9, namely a threaded metal bar, a silver metal multitool, a small metal folding knife, a pointed metal tool and a bracelet with a blade built in. She was handed a community order (duration of order not included in court records) and fined £100.
TIMOTHY PARSONS, 39 and of Lipe Hill Lane in Taunton, admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5000 after damaging a car in Salisbury Road in Burton on November 20, 2023. He was fined £166, ordered to pay compensation of £171 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
COLIN DIMASCIO, 53 and of Church Street in Sturminster Marshall, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 62 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, in High Street in Sturminster Marshall on May 17. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also fined £276, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £110 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
THOMAS VINCENT, 34 and of Pinewood Road in St Ives, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 91 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on the A31 Ringwood Road at Ferndown on July 1. He was handed a community order lasting until October 22, 2025, with a requirement to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
JAKE MULCAHY, 26 and of Abinger Road in Bournemouth, admitted obstructing / resisting a constable in execution of duty, common assault, and criminal damage to property valued under £5000, after damaging a bottle of wine in Sainsburys, in Bournemouth on March 28. He was handed a community order lasting until October 23. He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation, a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
PAUL BARTON, 52 and of Jumpers Avenue in Christchurch, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 245 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, in Stony Lane in Christchurch on May 17. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He was also fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
