LEGENDARY singer Dionne Warwick will perform in Bournemouth as part of a UK tour.
The six-time Grammy Award-winning recording artist and Grammy Hall of Fame inductee will call at Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre on Sunday, May 4.
The tour will see Dionne guide audiences through her remarkable life story, with a live discussion and anecdotes, starting from her humble beginnings as a gospel singer in New Jersey to superstardom and becoming one of the most recognisable and successful female voices of our time.
As well as being joined on stage by her band for a live performance the evening will also feature excerpts from her award-winning documentary Don’t Make Me Over by Dave Wooley, featuring contributions from the likes of Bill Clinton, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Snoop Dogg and more.
Known for her timeless hits such as Walk On By, Say A Little Prayer and Don’t Make Me Over, the legendary soul and rhythm and blues singer has sold more than 100 million records worldwide and charted 69 times on the US Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.
Tickets go on sale on Friday, November 1.
