THREE cars were wrecked in early hours crash with one man arrested and later charged for drink driving.
Police were called to Capstone Road in Charminster shortly before 1am on Friday, November 15 after reports of a collision.
No injuries were reported and one of the vehicles was recovered from the scene.
35-year-old Richard Warr from Christchurch was arrested and subsequently charged with driving while unfit through drink.
He is due to appear at Poole Magistrates Court on January 13.
A spokesperson said: “Dorset Police received a report at 12.57am on Friday 15 November 2024 of a three-vehicle collision in Capstone Road in Bournemouth. Officers attended.
“There were no injuries reported.
“One of the vehicles was recovered.
“A 35-year-old man from Christchurch was arrested and subsequently charged with driving while unfit through drink.
“He is due to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Monday 13 January 2025.”
