A CARE home in Poole has received a 'Good' rating by the Care Quality Commission.
Eagles Care Home was previously rated as 'Requires Improvement' but has carried out 'dedicated improvements' following feedback.
Jacqueline Macon, home manager at Eagles Mount, shared her pride in the team's achievement.
She said: "We are thrilled with our 'Good' rating from the CQC. It truly reflects the dedication of our team at Eagles to continuous improvement and the well-being of our residents. Our residents and their families place their trust in us, and we're honoured to have our efforts recognised.
"We'll continue to build on this achievement and ensure Eagles is a place where residents feel valued, safe, and truly at home."
Samantha Bradbury, daughter of a resident, said: "I couldn't recommend Eagles Mount Care Home highly enough.
"Since mum moved in, the whole team made her feel special and welcome. She is so happy at Eagles Mount. We'd like to thank the Manager and the entire team for everything they've done."
