A NEW modern bistro with ties to a popular high-class restaurant is coming to Westbourne.
Harvey’s in Westbourne is an upcoming modern European bistro with a French twist that is dedicated to producing fresh, locally sourced food and homemade dishes.
Harvey’s is owned by Bradley Green, a talented and popular chef with experience in AA Rosette and Michelin-starred kitchens.
The bistro will offer breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea as well as a ‘grab-and-go’ service with food such as gourmet sandwiches and pastries.
It will also be serving an exclusive Saturday dinner service and signature roast dinners.
Bradley is no stranger to the area after working as the head chef at The Lord Bute in Highcliffe.
Ryan Alois Dubois, a former executive French chef at one of Bradley’s restaurants will also be joining Bradley at Harvey’s.
The bistro replaces the former Café 83, an eatery that served Westbourne for more than three years before closing earlier this month.

The upcoming bistro is named after Harvey’s House, a restaurant chain in America that made fine dining accessible in the early 1900s.
Speaking on the decision to open in Westbourne, Bradley said: “Westbourne reminds me of those lovely little villages that are near London.
“It's just got that wonderful feel to it where it deserves quality and has a really community spirit which we will also be giving back to.
“We'll also be doing things like wine pairing nights and food tasting as well as cookery classes.
“We want to do top-notch food at really reasonable pricing so that everyone can come in and try it.”
Bradley added: “Harvey’s Westbourne is committed to delivering exceptional food quality and service without the high price tag.
“Our casual fine dining approach allows guests to enjoy 2 AA Rosette-level dishes in a comfortable, accessible environment, making us one of the most reasonably priced bistros in Westbourne.
“From morning coffee to our special Saturday dinners, Harvey’s invites you to experience the passion and purpose behind every dish”
Harvey’s is set to open on 83 Poole Road this December.
