They are among 147 lots listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers in the firm’s December auction.

A detached property with two self-contained flats at 9A Murley Road, Bournemouth, has a freehold guide price of £250,000 - £280,000.

Rob Marchant, the firm’s Dorset and Hampshire auctioneer, said: “We anticipate keen interest – the current owner resided on the one-bedroom ground floor flat and made use of the larger flat above, with two bedrooms, as a letting investment.”
