THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
CASSION LLOYD MUNRO PATON, 40 and of Ashwood Drive in Poole, admitted to failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence at Dorset Police headquarters after June 25. Paton was fined £495, ordered to pay £300 in prosecution costs, a victim surcharge of £198 and given six points on their licence.
ALAN DONALD SMITH, 43 and of Moore Avenue in West Howe, admitted to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Weymouth Magistrates’ Court. Smith was ordered to complete 30 extra days of a rehabilitation activity requirement and pay £60 in prosecution costs.
MICHAL BARANSKI, 37 and of Hamilton Close in Bournemouth, admitted to failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from imprisonment. Baranski was fined £10.
GRAEME THOMAS SMITH, 34 and of Etchers Close in Kinson, admitted to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. Smith was fined £100.
CONNOR LEVERIDGE, 22 and of Redhill Drive in Bournemouth, admitted to driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above the limit, namely 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on St Luke’s Road in Bournemouth on September 21. Leveridge was disqualified from driving for 19 months, fined £200, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £80.
CONRAD GREEN, 20 and of Columbia Road in Bournemouth, admitted to possession of an offensive weapon, namely a belt, and using threatening/ abusive/ insulting words/ behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence in Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on September 21. Green was handed a community order until November 26, 2025, ordered to complete 30 days of activities, 150 hours of unpaid work, pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £114.
SHANE ABBOTT, 48 and of Westover Road in Bournemouth, admitted to burglary with intent to steal at Savoy Hotel in Bournemouth on November 16. Abbott was fined £129, ordered to pay £180 in compensation and £300 in prosecution costs.
DEAN PATRICK FRANK TROTT, 33 and of Aldis Gardens in Poole, was charged with causing damage to Kamala Wine Bottle to the value of £8 in McColls at the Dolphin Centre in Poole on February 25. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay £8 in compensation.
DEAN BURT, 49 and of Vearse Close in Bridport, admitted to being in charge of a vehicle while unfit through drugs in Tatworth Cemetery in Somerset on December 17, 2023. He also admitted to driving a motor vehicle with a controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine at no less than 619ug/L, on the A35 in Stinsford on April 30. Burt was disqualified from driving two years, fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs.
LISA BRINDLEY, 36 and of Langdon Road in Poole, admitted to causing criminal damage to a shop glass window to the value of £167.70 in Tesco in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on August 20. Brindley was conditionally discharged for six months, ordered to pay £167.70 in compensation and a victim surcharge of £26.
