Greggs has today announced that it will be closing all bakeries acorss the UK during the Queen's funeral.
The state funeral will take place on Monday, Spetember 19 and will be a national bank hoilday after King Charles III declared the event.
It comes as many other bussiness are also set to be closed for the day, including supermarkets, Sainsburys, Aldi, Tesco and more.
Fast food chain McDonalds also shared that they would be open for reduced hours on the day.
This will see restaurants shut on Monday from midnight until 5pm, after the funeral has taken place.
To give our colleagues the opportunity to pay their respects to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Greggs shops will be closed on Monday 19th September.

Sharing the news on the brand's Twitter, Greggs said: "To give our colleagues the opportunity to pay their respects to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Greggs shops will be closed on Monday 19th September.

The closure will see high street branches close but could see franchise partners in sites suchs as Euro Garage petrol stations remain open.
