RYAN Fraser is expecting Newcastle to try to frustrate Cherries when they visit Vitality Stadium tomorrow.
Rafael Benitez’s side are three points adrift of 12th-place Cherries in the Premier League and are still battling to secure survival.
Winger Fraser told the Daily Echo: “Newcastle did well to come back from 2-0 down to win 3-2 against Everton.
“They will make it a hard game. They play a five at the back but, hopefully, we can impose ourselves.
“Tactically, (Rafael Benitez) is very good and he sets his teams up to frustrate other teams.
“They have quality players like Salomon Rondon, Ayoze Perez and the new guy Miguel Almiron, who will try to hurt us.
“But if we can play our best game, there is a good chance we will walk away with the points.”
Discussing Cherries’ aims for the rest of the campaign, Fraser added: “Our main goal is to try to beat our points tally and to try to get seventh.
“We are not looking behind us and I think we would be stupid to. We need to try to achieve higher things.
“We have some of our players back from injury now and let’s hope we can have a good run-in.”
