CHRISTCHURCH moved through to the fourth round of the FA Vase after edging past Falmouth Town in a penalty shoot-out.
In a repeat of last year's tie at the same stage, which Priory won 2-1, Ollie Cherrett's men looked on course for another victory this time around.
The deadlock was broken in just the eighth minute with Ash Pope firing home the opener.
Pope came close to doubling his tally before half-time, but was denied by goalkeeper Ryan Barnes.
With just five minutes of the contest to play, Will Fletcher squandered a great chance to seal victory with Barnes making the stop, which allowed a dramatic equaliser for the visitors.
A Falmouth corner from David Broglino was met by James Ward to earn a 1-1 draw and send the game to penalties.
After Fletcher missed the first spot-kick for Christchurch, the hosts then registered a perfect record with Billy Walker, Josh Kirkham, Mickey Finch, Brad Hill, James Johnstone and Nick Swann all netting while Lewis Gunstone-Gray produced two saves to seal a 6-5 sudden-death shootout success.
Christchurch head to United Services Portsmouth in round four.
