SIMON Francis Academy is welcoming new football players, with a discount offer for sessions currently available.
The football training platform, owned by former Cherries captain Francis, is for children aged between four and 16.
It is led by head coach Jack Brooks, as well as a team of qualified coaches.
Sessions take place on Wednesday evenings in term time, with all abilities welcome.
The first session, for the youngest age group (4-6), provides early learning and basic football skills, for those starting out on their journey in the sport.
Simon Francis Academy was founded by former Cherries midfielder Harry Arter in 2016, before Francis took the reins.
It now has strong links with the academies of both Cherries and Southampton, with a number of children progressing from SFA to sign a contract with those professional clubs.
Francis, assistant technical director at Cherries, said: “Having young children myself I know the importance of keeping them active.
“I believe our training sessions provide a safe and enjoyable environment where children can come and improve their football skills alongside gaining confidence in all areas.”
Sessions are held at Ashdown Leisure Centre in Poole, between 5.30pm and 8.30pm.
SFA also run football camps during school holidays.

Free trial sessions are available, while the first 20 new players to sign up after the trial will receive £5 off (U4-U6) or £10 off (U17-U16) the first term booked in advance.
