SWANAGE Town and Herston recorded a double-figure victory against basement boys Sturminster Marshall at Day's Park in The Dorset Premier League.
Swans took 18 minutes to register their first goal from Dan Reeks then slowly grew in confidence to break the visitors’ resistance.
Jack Hughes and Ocean Smith then got on the scoresheet as Dan Reeks completed his brace.
That left Swans firmly in the driving seat heading into the break with a four-goal lead.
There was more goal-scoring action in the second period.
Swans totally dominated the final 45 with six more goals.
Cody Moore and Charlie Dyke got in on the act, before Swans’ lead was stretched further by an own goal.
Ocean Smith became the second Swan to grab a double, with Sam Willcocks and Charlie Brassington grabbing goals nine and 10.
At the time of writing, Swans are eighth in the Dorset Premier League table with one game remaining in their league campaign.
They round out the season against title chasing Sturminster Newton United on Wednesday at Day’s Park.
Swans have taken 42 points from their 29 league fixtures so far this term.
