POOLE Town have made the first addition to their squad for next season, bringing back midfielder Tyrique Clarke to Tatnam Farm.
Clarke previously spent time on loan with the Dolphins during the 2018-19 season, helping Poole reach the play-offs of the Southern League Premier South.
In total, Clarke made nine appearances, all as a sub, whilst on loan from the League Two outfit Yeovil Town.
A central midfielder by trade, last season Clarke spent time at Poole’s Dorset neighbours Weymouth and Dorchester Town.
However, a serious knee injury limited Clarke’s game time, with the midfielder only making two appearances during the 2023/24 season.
Weymouth sent Clarke to rehab a knee issue at England’s St George’s Park training base.
A former AFC Wimbledon youth player, 22-year-old Clarke has spent time with Metropolitan Police, Hendon, Welling, Kings Langley, and Wingate & Finchley.
